At this meeting, you will hear more from Mike Serant, of MicroLife, about ways to preserve our native species by making organic gardening choices. I know you don’t want to miss this opportunity to see fellow members, old and new, in person.
If you joined or renewed your TWG membership since October and haven’t picked up your “Dragon Circle” member’s pin, this will be your last chance to do so for the year.
Topic: Evolve Houston is a non-profit organization with a mission of improving air quality and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by encouraging the area’s conversion to electric powered vehicles. Recognizing the fact that the transportation sector emits 47% of all greenhouse gas emissions in the area, Casey and Evolve will make the case that air quality can be improved and emissions curtailed by supporting and enabling the Greater Houston Area to increase electric vehicle adoption and will discuss the methods for doing so.
